Great customer service. My pilot light was out, and he resolved it as a courtesy. Known him for years, and highly recommend, as he did an amazing job when he installed my water heater. Best part, it's independently owned, so if you have any issues you can go to the boss man directly!

We had a serious emergency plumbing leak and John Boone answered the phone and was here in less than an hour and fixed the leak, charged a fair fee and was so friendly and helpful.

I realized my request for a temporary water softener installation would be expensive, but John quoted me fairly and fast. I'm hoping to either purchase a house with a softener or rent one with it already overwhelmed, but Boone Plumbing will be the first company I call for my plumbing needs!

Recently a hot water pipe broke. The guys came out and quickly discovered the problem even though it required working in mud under the house. I had the " on demand "heater replaced with a standard water tank. The guys took careful measurements before they cut a hole for outside installation. It was raining and muddy but they even set up a tent to get the job completed so our 89 year old mother in law could have hot water. Good job would recommend again.

They were very responsive and professional. Came out right away. Connected with the Manufacturer. Had the part ordered and delivered the next day free of charge because the manufacturer had a faulty part. They were informed and quick. I really appreciated them!

This company is amazing. Don't waste your time calling around like I did. They were the most reasonably priced. Mr. Boone and Travis showed up on time. Called when they were on their way. They left my kitchen cleaner than it was when they arrived. I will absolutely use them in the future.

Boone Plumbing is a service we trust. Most recently they came out the same day for an urgent matter and repaired it quickly! They've been here several times prior and always do a great job!
