Gino was great. He fixed the issue, educated us and provided reassurance. We have American Homeshield so not sure of the total charge but we are happy customers.

Gino was very friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and explained what the problem was and what was needed to be replaced. Very quick response for service.

I had an excellent experience with Aloha. I was moving out of my house and under a tight timeline -- they went above and beyond to ensure my issue was fixed prior to me leaving. I don't think I need to say how stressful moving was and for the AC to die the day before moving was a challenge. It was obvious they had to jump through some hoops to accomplish fixing the issue. I was clearly prioritized and this just alleviated so much stress that moving naturally brings. I was also given proactive information about my AC that will be helpful during inspections when my house sells. Today, it is so rare to have a company or vendor actually care or do what they say they will do. The communication was open and they followed through on everything promised. I could not recommend Aloha more. Any bad recommendations really seem to be related to American Home Warranty. It is not their fault if American Home Warranty doesn't cover a fix.

I spent nearly five months going back and forth with American Home Shield and several crooked HVAC companies in the Austin area who were far more interested in selling me a new unit than repairing my existing one. Then I was assigned Aloha — and they simply fixed the problem. They replaced the failed component and got my AC working again for $300. They stood behind their work. They had to come back a few times to install additional parts and later returned to add refrigerant once the temperatures rose, and each time they were prompt and responsive. Most importantly: THEY WERE HONEST! If it truly costs $3,000 to fix a unit, then yes — replacement may make sense. But if it can be repaired for $300, that option should be explored first. Aloha did exactly that. THANK YOU, ALOHA!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had our AC system replaced by Aloha AC & Heating, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and very thorough. Gino was outstanding — knowledgeable, patient, and extremely detail-oriented. He explained everything clearly and made sure the installation was done perfectly. We even had a small issue after a power outage and needed a reset, and they responded immediately and came out right away. That level of service and reliability truly impressed me. As a real estate professional who works with many contractors, I can confidently say Aloha is truly top-notch. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality work and outstanding customer service.

Our mini split in the garage was not cooling well before the Texas summer heat season. Through American Home Shield, Gino from Aloha AC and heating came to service our unit. He was an encyclopedia of knowledge about all things mini splits and ACs. I'm pretty handy but I learned more from Gino in about 10 mins than in my chemistry class in high school. He was professional and quick. We're certainly glad he left his card because we will use and recommend them whenever we're battling against this Texas heat!
