I had an excellent experience today with Rich. Brought my son’s vehicle in to recharge a/c. He had had technician to quickly stop what they were doing to assist me and he was able to diagnose and make recommendations to find parts, etc. Rich was so very pleasant and professional and he spoke very highly of his technician. I met the technician and he seemed very knowledgeable and professional as well. Thank you AEW. I had been a previous customer and dealt with Curt who also treated me so well when I came there previously,

Brought my 2015 RAV4 in for a noise/hesitation during acceleration issue and the team at Austin Euro Werks was honest and upfront the entire way. They got it on the lift, pinpointed the noise to the bell housing area, and rather than attempt a repair outside their wheelhouse, they consulted with a transmission specialist and referred me to a shop better equipped to handle it. Really appreciate the integrity. Would definitely recommend.

Great little local owned shop, really nice guys, excellent work done in a very timely manner. No BS, no upselling, just here’s what’s wrong and here’s what we’re fixing and here’s how much it cost. Very impressed and will be a return customer for sure.
