I had an excellent experience today with Rich. Brought my son’s vehicle in to recharge a/c. He had had technician to quickly stop what they were doing to assist me and he was able to diagnose and make recommendations to find parts, etc. Rich was so very pleasant and professional and he spoke very highly of his technician. I met the technician and he seemed very knowledgeable and professional as well. Thank you AEW. I had been a previous customer and dealt with Curt who also treated me so well when I came there previously,
