I had a great experience at this Goodyear store. I came in with a flat tire just 30 minutes before closing, and the team still took care of me without hesitation. They quickly resolved the issue and even stayed about 30 minutes past closing to make sure everything was handled properly. That level of service and dedication is rare. I felt I was in good hands the whole time. Highly recommended. Thank you Mark and team!

688 from neighborsDon’t waste your time or money here this place is a scam!! I took my truck the other day to get a wheel alignment done since I got the 3 year plan. Went and they called me saying they couldn’t do it cause the suspension was messed up and the some of the brake hoses needed replacement and some brake rods. For those things tried to charge me $3000!!! I had my mechanic come over this past weekend to fix a leak and he checked the suspension and everything and told me nothing of that nature needed to be replaced everything was in good shape! Very disgusted and appalled why I went for a simple wheel alignment and tried to charge me $3k who has that kind of money laying around in this economy!! Complete scam look else where for your vehicle needs!!
I’ve been a loyal Goodyear customer for years, but my recent experience was deeply disappointing and felt predatory at a moment when I was vulnerable and trying to help my daughter. I brought in my daughter’s 2010 Honda Odyssey because several lug nuts were frozen and I couldn’t safely remove them at home. I explained clearly that she couldn’t afford a full brake job, and that if Goodyear could just remove the frozen studs and lug nuts, I would handle the brake pads and rotors myself to save her money. They agreed. Goodyear charged $633.49 to replace five wheel studs and lug nuts — $145.99 in parts and $487.50 in labor. At the time, I accepted it because I had no choice: the car was already in their bay, the wheels couldn’t come off, and my daughter needed a working vehicle. I trusted that the pricing would be fair. The next day, while doing the brake job myself, I discovered two more frozen lug nuts that Goodyear had not addressed. I returned, and they removed them — breaking another stud in the process — and then quoted me $370 to replace just two studs. Almost entirely labor. I declined and replaced the broken studs myself at home. It took 10 minutes since I already had the car on jacks and the rotors removed. A stud costs $2.79. A lug nut costs $4.00. Having now done the work myself, I can say with confidence that the labor and parts charges I paid — and the additional charges they quoted the next day — were grossly disproportionate to the actual time and difficulty involved. I understand shops need to make a profit, but the pricing I experienced was not aligned with fair or reasonable labor practices. I don’t believe the technicians were dishonest, but the pricing structure used in this situation felt exploitative, especially after I had explained that I was trying to keep costs manageable for my daughter. That is not the experience I expect from a reputable shop. I hope Goodyear reviews how these jobs are priced, because this experience has made me reconsider bringing my family’s vehicles here in the future.
Extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
Nice tires warranty...
Excellent team!! Jordan is thorough, prompt, knowledgeable and very professional. Mark is great in welcoming and following through. Amazing place! Best car service ever!!
I was in need of some new tires, and the service team member (I believe her name was Mary or Modi… something to that effect) was super helpful and very knowledgeable about what tires would work best for my vehicle. The prices were actually pretty good as well. I would highly recommend this shop.
Very helpful and friendly.
Where do I start? I I'm always wary of bringing a vehicle to a corporate operation instead of a mom and pop facility. But what I encountered was by far the best experience I have ever had at a repair facility. Steve and his crew went out of their way for me, spent time going over my car, and then recommended not pouring money into the car as it has over 300,000 mi and they were pretty sure that it was a combination of things. I do not live in Texas but I would go out of my way to come back here if I had problems because that's the level of appreciation I have for their honesty. The best in the business as far as I'm concerned.
These guys rock! Friendly, chill, professional, and very knowledgeable. I will be coming back for more services.
