We’ve been coming to Austin Automotive for 6 years now! Every employee there talks to and treats us like family when we come in. They straight-shoot us the problems, diagnostics, and the market value for part prices. There is never beating around the bush, and their honesty is their greatest strength. I especially love how they can explain exact reasons and causes to our car problems, so I don’t feel illiterate and can be a part of the process. They will never push something unnecessary, and will state when a problem can wait. Chris goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of, given a fair price, and will make necessary phone calls for us to help out where he can.
Great place! They were fast and worked with my warranty company. They are very nice as well and I overheard them working as many deals as they could trying to save people some money. Definitely recommend and will return for any future needed repairs.
We were very dissatisfied with our experience at Austin Automotive Specialists. They had my car 3 weeks and still didn’t have everything fixed. We picked it up and took to another shop. We will never take our car there again.

He was Professional, easy to talk to, and kept me in the loop throughout the repair process. Work was done quickly, and it’s clear they know what they’re doing. Solid service all around.

Love the patience and honest support as well as great work. Went in for a problem that really wasn’t an issue and explained what this car does but advised on other recommendations with no pressure to do. Also listed them in order of importance and signs of issue should it become urgent . I really appreciate that.
