Awesome experience with A-1! I took Ford Transit van to 2 other mechanics regarding an issue with water puddling on the passenger and driver side floorboards when using the a/c and them not being able to determine the problem. I then contacted the local dealership who said the minimum charge would be $221 for diagnostic and even with an appointment, it could take 2-3 days for service to be completed. I did a google search and saw all the great comments about A-1 so called Mike and explained the situation and he seemed confident he could fix it, so I showed up at 8:00 (no appointment) and he immediately took the vehicle to the bay and within 1 hour he had determined the cause, repaired it and would only let me pay a very minimal charge for the service. From start to finish, the experience of dealing with a friendly, competent, professional, trustworthy business blew me away. They will now be my "go to" for any auto repair/service. Thanks Mike and team for making my day!

Outstanding team at A1 Automotive,Jerry, Mike, Earl & Isiah are all engaging & responsive, and professional! Just had our 2008 Mustang in as had problems with keys/fob. They helped me get two new sets of keys, fobs reprogrammed to match our ignition and alarm system. For about 7 years we have all 5 of our family vehicles serviced by them, as we know we can always count on them to do right by us!

Called without an appointment for help with a tire that needed a patch. They made room to get me in right away and I was back on the road super fast. Jerry’s got a long-time crew which says a lot about the ownership. Even though I was there for a quick tire fix, they seem to do it all from alignments, to oil changes, to brake jobs, and engine repair. I’ll be back.

I've had everything from alignments, suspension, routine oil, brakes, engine cooling and automotive HVAC done here across three different vehicles. Mike is very communicative, Earl and Isaiah are great techs. Jerry is super nice. These guys are solid on work and pricing.
