Awesome experience with A-1! I took Ford Transit van to 2 other mechanics regarding an issue with water puddling on the passenger and driver side floorboards when using the a/c and them not being able to determine the problem. I then contacted the local dealership who said the minimum charge would be $221 for diagnostic and even with an appointment, it could take 2-3 days for service to be completed. I did a google search and saw all the great comments about A-1 so called Mike and explained the situation and he seemed confident he could fix it, so I showed up at 8:00 (no appointment) and he immediately took the vehicle to the bay and within 1 hour he had determined the cause, repaired it and would only let me pay a very minimal charge for the service. From start to finish, the experience of dealing with a friendly, competent, professional, trustworthy business blew me away. They will now be my "go to" for any auto repair/service.
