From my first intake I felt welcome and assured my neck concerns would be handled with concern, patience and true caring. Rachel set up a program that was easy to follow at home. Walking into the office for appointments I was met by the infectious smile of Maria and I knew it would be a great! Working with Rachel, Daniela, Chris and Jax I was educated on how home exercises would help me progress. When it was time to finish office visits I felt that the clear concise program would help me continue getting the relief I got during office visits. Thank you very one at RR Results Physiotherapy!

I wasn't sure about going to PT for my acute shoulder pain, but I went. I had the pleasure of working with Rachel, Daniela and Chris and was pleased with the quick response my shoulder had after just a few sessions. Each therapist took the time to listen to my concerns and got right to work. I just finished my PT program and I'm very happy with the results. Each therapist is kind and fun to work with and Maria is an awesome receptionist. I had to move several sessions around a busy travel schedule and she was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this clinic. I'm looking into returning for a different issue and I'm confident they will be able to help.

I had excruciating pain as a result of a muscle spasm. Even after having a cortisone shot, I was still experiencing lower back pain. I was miserable. Walking, standing...everything was inducing pain. I was evaluated by Rachel N. She listened to me, gave me a series of performance exercises and then gave me some simple exercises to work on at home. I was hoping that I would have immediate relief, but it took some time. After 3 sessions and working on my exercises at home, I feel great! I'm so glad I went in for help. Rachel was fantastic! She gave me clear instructions and educated me on the muscles that needed work. It was a great experience.

I just “graduated” on 1/23/26 after beginning my journey on 11/20/25. I began my journey with neck and left shoulder (rotator cuff) pain . The staff, Christopher Harper & Daniela Lozada, set up exercise routines, both in office and at home, to minimize and eventually alleviate my discomfort. They explained how muscles worked and my part in the healing process. They were tough and wanted the best outcome for me. Now I have to continue doing my part. “Thank you both.”

I have nothing but good things to say about those place. Rachael is a true professional. Every session with her was an improvement. I walked in barely able to turn my neck in either direction. The bike and T-REX became close friends. Daniel (or the canary) is another story. Sweet and helpful but very deceptive. She doesn't give the appearance of being a strong as she is. 😂 I learned quickly. Would recommend 10 out of 10 again and again.
