What an incredible staff and environment! I can’t give PT Solutions enough praise. I started going to PT on Phase two of my Physical Therapy training at the beginning of the year after having undergone spinal cord surgery in mid November. When I started with them, I was walking at careful pace, I wasn’t bending or twisting at all. I was on a five pound lifting limit. By the end of two weeks, I was not only bending, but using a 20lb ball to the floor and back repetitively. My walking pace was back to normal and my pain had gone from a 4-6 down to a 1-2. I primarily worked with Matt, who was Awesome. He pushed me and encouraged me, but never forced me, he always made sure to ask and really listen to me about how my body was feeling and responding. I worked with a couple of the other trainers, but I’m so sorry guys I can’t remember your names, but all of them were excellent. The Tech Assistant’s name is Christopher, and he was always helpful and attentive as well. Trust me, If you’re looking for a Physical Therapist, do yourself a favor, start your search hear and let it end here, you will be in the best of hands. You won’t regret it!

I love Georgetown PT Solutions!!! Karissa is an incredible physical therapist! From the very first session, she made me feel comfortable, listened to every concern, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients’ progress. What really stood out is how personal and encouraging she is, she celebrates the small wins with you and pushes you just enough to keep improving without ever feeling overwhelmed. My pain has decreased so much since seeing her, and I actually look forward to my appointments now. If you’re looking for someone who is skilled, compassionate, and genuinely invested in your healing, Karissa is the best. I’m so grateful I found her!

Great place, great staff. Edward ("Matt") and team are excellent. When you arrive, you'll always by greeted by your first name and a friendly "hi!" from the entire team. They make it a point to know all their clients by name. They tailor your exercises to your abilities and constantly check in with you during the process to make sure the weight and physical challenge is right for you. I wholeheartedly recommend this business for your physical therapy needs.

This has been an amazing experience. This Physical Therapy program has the best therapist I have ever worked with. Everyone is Positive, brimming with joy and laughter, and an hour goes so quickly that you don’t even know it. I always felt so much better after my session and always looked forward to the next one. Matthew, Brittany, & Karissa, all knew my Treatment Plan, and if more time was needed with another patient then another therapist would pick up the new patient without blinking. They work so well together, always positive and happy, and have taken a frightened old lady with a knee replacement who was sure she wouldn’t walk again and transformed her into someone who can walk just about anywhere!
