I can’t say enough good things about Nahyeli Plasencia and the team at Baylor Scott & White Outpatient Therapy / Institute for Rehabilitation (Stacy at the front desk is always friendly and so helpful). Over the past two months, Nahyeli has helped me rehab my right shoulder after an injury, and the progress has been remarkable. She designed a variety of targeted exercises that strengthened my shoulder and got me back to doing what I love—playing pickleball! Nahyeli is knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. She explained each exercise clearly and adjusted the plan as my strength improved. Her care and expertise made every session both productive and enjoyable. I highly recommend her and the entire Baylor Scott & White rehab team to anyone needing physical therapy or injury recovery.

I am very pleased with the help I am receiving at Baylor Scott & White Outpatient Therapy at 1225 S IH 35, Building H, Suite 120. My P/T is Nahyeli Plasencia Faulks, PT, DPT. She is both knowledgeable and professional and I respect her approach toward physical therapy.

I did 6 sessions of physical therapy over 3 weeks. The 2 therapist were so kind and knowledgeable. They knew exactly what I needed to do for my pain. I did 1 hour sessions twice a week. They were concerned about how I felt throughout each session. I finished my last day and let them know that I appreciated how kind they had been. I would highly recommend them. I went to Naheli for back to back PT on the same rotator cuff. She knows her stuff and knows how to get the best out of you. Thanks to her I'm about ready to go back to work. I highly recommend Baylor Scott and white and especially Naheli. Thank you so much for making me work hard and getting me to where I am today. I really don't think anyone else could have gotten me back to 100% l I'm e she did. And she really cares about her patients and their well being. Once again I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
