I have been experiencing back, hip and knee pain for several years now and have used several different therapists in Georgetown with marginal results. I have now been seeing Kaylan Thompson for about two months.. Kaylan is an absolutely fabulous therapist. She is working on improving my posture and overall muscle strength throughout my back, legs, and core. Kaylan is by far the best therapist with whom I have ever worked. She has exercises and stretches that no other therapist has ever suggested. And, she's fun to work with. I highly recommend Kaylan.
As a BSW patient for many years now, I am more than satisfied with services provided. Since I have been going to the outpatient clinic for physical therapy, I can already feel positive results. Kaylen is an excellent PT, pleasant and professional. The location is convenient, as well. My expectations have been more effective than I expected in just a few visits thus far.
Met my Physical Therapist Natalie Just a few days ago as a patient and said "my knees don't help me much" ... She said "Well did you ask your nephew?" I had a great rehab visit as they effectively addressed my specific needs and contributed to my confidence in my overall recovery. Here is why you should come here too: Personalized Treatment Plan: Natalie seemed ready to tailor the exercises to my particular needs: The treatment plan seems customized to address my unique physical, emotional, and psychological needs as I start to recover. She has her calendar at the ready to allow me regular assessments. I expect my progress will be regularly evaluated and her plan for me seems that it will be adjusted accordingly. My appointment felt like I was in a supportive environment: As I walked in I joked about the pre-visit paperwork and the day of paperwork and still they offered a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The rehab facility succeeds in being a safe and comfortable environment that fosters healing.
I'm currently seeing PT Jesse Richardson at the BS&W Outpatient Rehab Center. This is my second knee replacement, and I could tell right away that Jesse was more than knowledgeable and fully competent and that he would push me to exceed my own expectations. I've already recommended him to a couple of friends and do so to anyone else that's looking for a first-class Physical Therapist.
My initial experience at rehabilitation in the spring was very positive and helpful. Jesse worked with me on my goals to reduce knee pain and strengthen my knee. Therapy ended after a few weeks. In the September again I was in therapy and barely could walk. Jessie was totally amazing in seeing me immediately, being kind. Empathetic, positive, resourceful and totally present to provide the ongoing instruction and hands on care I needed. After another 8weeks of therapy , I am back doing everything but running and hopping. I can not say enough positive comments or give a stronger review for Jesse. Rarely do you see such an invaluable combination of tremendous skill, kindness, the ability to relate in a positive way, resourcefulness and dedication to providing excellent care! Thank you Jesse for all your help. Each day I left therapy I felt better and uplifted. Thank you too Linda for your kindness and professionalism! 10 Stars βοΈ could not adequately rate this Jesseβs skill and this excellently run facility.
