What you'll do

• Safety Leadership & Compliance Promote and reinforce a culture of safety throughout PCS operations
• Conduct behavioral-based safety observations and coach employees and managers on safe work practices
• Lead and participate in safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and compliance reviews
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Maintain current knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and industry best practices
• Incident Prevention & Investigation Drive injury and incident prevention initiatives focused on reducing risk and promoting safe behaviors
