IVX Health is seeking an NP to provide high-quality, specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting. As a Nurse Practitioner at IVX Health, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering personalized, compassionate care to our patients.
With your expertise in infusion therapy, you’ll oversee patient care, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and serve as a trusted resource for patients, families, and providers. - Provide Direct Patient Care – Deliver on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections with precision.
- Conduct Patient Assessments – Perform evaluations, document SOAP notes, and monitor treatment responses.
- Educate and Support Patients – Guide patients and families through treatment expectations, potential side effects, and disease management.
- Ensure Compliance and Quality – Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, review nursing documentation, and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards.
- Optimize Clinical Workflows – Assist with chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline patient visits.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams – Work closely with referring providers and cross-functional teams to enhance care coordination.
