About the role

What you'll do

• : Perform intricate testing, diagnostics, and fault isolation on electro-mechanical devices using detailed schematics and technical instructions
• Carry out precise soldering, system troubleshooting, and repairs, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
• Generate comprehensive technical reports, document findings accurately, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to swiftly resolve issues
• Support and mentor junior technicians, sharing your expertise to foster a collaborative team environment
• Assist in system testing phases and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring

• : Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, an AS degree in Electronics Technology (or military equivalent), or a BSEET degree with related experience
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, advanced troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with software such as MS Office, Oracle Manufacturing, and PDM
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, complemented by excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds, with flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime, weekends, or swing shifts based on your availability
• What We Offer: Competitive Pay: Hourly rates from $22.00 to $26.50, with shift differentials to reward your flexibility
