Assist with supervising, training, and directing campus Child Nutrition employees while maintaining high standards of food quality, sanitation, safety, and health code compliance. Support daily kitchen operations by ensuring appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served on time to meet menu requirements, overseeing production, ordering and inventory of food and supplies, completing and maintaining required records, and serving as the secondary liaison between the cafeteria, daycare and campus administration. Education/Certification: High school diploma or GED Texas Department of State Health Services-Food Handler Certification required or must be able to obtain within 30 days of employment Ability to communicate effectively in English as necessary to perform the essential functions of the position Valid driver's license and clean driving record
