Absolute nightmare renting through this company. They only accept physical checks or money orders, then the portal to get your keys is tedious and confusing. James Hardin was impossible to get in touch with when you had questions, they have an AI bot text you for assistance, etc. I would simply not sign for the property if I knew I had to deal with this company. Landlords, beware. This has not been a pleasant experience.
I highly recommend this real estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. They were extremely helpful, always available for questions, and very knowledgeable about the housing market. Their guidance made the whole experience smooth and successful.

What stood out the most was his dedication—he continued to show us homes even when he wasn’t feeling well. All the homes he chose fit our criteria, and we found one we loved in just one morning. I had a disappointing experience with this property management company. They lacked transparency regarding estimated utility prices, which led to unexpected costs. Maintenance was inadequate, and it was frustrating having to communicate through management instead of directly with the property owner. For example, my fridge was broken and, although it was "fixed," I ended up wasting three weeks' worth of groceries. I recommend considering a corporate rental company instead, as it could save you money and provide a better overall experience.

As a renter please be warned of the special stipulations they require you to do in their leases. If your credit isn’t all that great they are not doing you any favors and more than likely you won’t get your deposit back, after putting down. 2 months. Think twice about signing rental leases with this company. They will do you wrong upon move out, especially if you have bad credit. Don’t get caught in the end owing more than you put in
