An outstanding realtor who truly delivers on her promises. I was fortunate to connect my friends with Laura when they began their home search in the Austin area. From start to finish, she was attentive, reliable, and genuinely invested in finding them the right home. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated real estate professional in the area.
Excellent communication. Laura did an absolutely amazing job selling our property. From start to finish she was knowledgeable, professional and always one step ahead. She brought in strong offers and closed the sale in record speed. We could not have asked for a smoother or more successful experience. Highly recommend her!
Lauren Cowan is knowledgeable regarding market trends that led us to a positive sale outcome. Some of Lauren’s strong skills that make her an excellent realtor: -Understanding ongoing market conditions but respectfully listening to the client to agree on listing price and sale’s strategy. - Continuous communication updates and feedback from agents and perspective buyers. She also was always responsive to our many questions. -Great negotiation between us and buyer's agent that resulted in a very favorable outcome. We would absolutely recommend Lauren to friends & family!
Laura is amazing! She is knowledgeable, has an incredible team. Felt like I was her only client! After 44 years of living in the same home, it was time to make a move. I now needed a smaller space. Very scary, but Laura had a way of calming me. She understood what I needed and wanted. Her experience helped me navigate the process of buying a new home. She has a strong team working with her that also help guide me through this process. Everyone I spoke to were very polite, patient and always had an answer to my questions. Often communication was in conversations and written form. If I didn't understand something I could always call the Blessed Life Group and someone was always there to help me. We had constant communication, even when I went on vacation! She kept me informed of new houses entering the market. Always making me aware of my choices. Now I have my perfect, beautiful home closer to family! All thanks to Laura Ivy Blessing and her Blessed Life Group!
