Eugene is an amazing coach!! Love this gym 🏋️♀️
Highly recommend **Infinite8 Fitness**. This gym is about so much more than fitness—it’s a place built on caring, healing, and recovery. The coaches and community create a supportive environment where you truly feel a sense of belonging. If you’re in the Cedar Park or Leander area and looking for a gym that supports both physical strength and overall well-being, this is an incredible place to train.
I honestly love this gym and the community. My kids loved it too when they came to the teen classes in summer. Eugene is very helpful, supportive and encouraging! I really enjoy the workouts. It pushes you but at the same time it’s doable. Eugene always ensure our posture is right and that’s so important! Thank you!
After trying a few other fitness centers I finally found a place that fits my schedule, energy, and motives me to keep going and get unstuck! Thank you to Eugene for helping me meet my goals. Such a great motivator. I love the bootcamp classes and the community so much, that my son also joined the co-lcoated Barbell Coalition with Coach Ben.
I hate exercise. I always have and now that I am on the wrong side of 50, I don’t expect that to change. So why and I writing a review of a gym? I am sure that there are many other people out there like me but for whatever reason are considering some form of exercise. I have been working on my health for some time now, and I have addressed almost everything you are supposed to (diet, mental health sleep etc) but I fought against exercise. With my health failing to improve and with my long-term health prospects diminishing, I turned to exercise as my last resort. My main criteria for finding a gym were; • Somewhere close to my house • A system to hold me accountable • Personalized direction to help me deal with my specific issues After some research, I found Infinite 8 fitness in Cedar Park. After a meeting with Eugene, the owner, I started going 3 times a week. I did not write this review earlier because, unlike a restaurant, it takes time to see results and decide if this is the right place for you. After 10 months, I can safely say that this is the right place for me. I still hate exercise, but I cannot argue with the results. I have consistently lost weight (this was not a stated goal but its something that will happen naturally). I have managed to lower some of my medications but it’s the ability for me to do things that I could previously do I most happy about. As we get older, we need to train our bodies to be able to continue to do the things want to do later in life. I don’t want to decline to the point where I am taking tons of meds and relying on assistance for day to day things. I want to live with a quality of life for a long as possible. Every bit of information out there on this topic points to exercise as providing the most impact in determining how well we will live the last part of our lives I signed up for the semi-private lessons. There are at most 6 people in a session, allowing for personalized assistance and training. The staff are outstanding and provide a friendly and supporting environment. If you sign up for the same sessions each week, you tend to run into the same people and everyone is friendly and supportive. Eugene is passionate about helping people achieve their goals. In addition, he provides the accountability I know I need and will text me if I miss too many sessions .Every month, there is a weigh in and vitals are measured and recorded so you can see your progress. Programs are customized to you. Since exercise has not been part of my regimen for the last 30 years, there are things that I struggle to do. Eugene puts together a program that allows you to push yourself but considers where you are at with your health and mobility The workout program is tracked on your phone so you can see your progress over time. If you are looking for smaller gym with a personalized experience, this is the place for you.
Just started working out here about a month ago and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Eugene is great and is great at giving individual attention to each member. It is a motivating and encouraging community.
I have been working out at Inifinite8 for the last 1.5 years and have seen very good results. Eugene and all of the coaches here are very friendly and make sure you do all your exercises with the correct posture and really care about your wellbeing and make sure you are able to do the workouts without any injury. The workouts are primarily focused on strength training but also have some elements similar to a HIIT workout. Each day has different moves and you will never get bored with the same workout. If you have an injury, Eugene is always there to recommend alternative ways. I can really see the difference between Infinite8 and other big chains esp. in the coaches and how they care about you. The workout times are also convenient and they have classes on all 7 days of the week now. I will definitely recommend Infinite8 fitness to my friends & family !!
Such fun group classes! The energy is amazing, and the 45 minutes fly by before you even realize it.
Super Challenging! Awesome workout!!
Awesome gym!! Great vibe, awesome trainers and Eugene is incredible to work with. Been working out for over 20 years and I never found a gym as livelier, energetic as Infinit8 Fitness. It’s a gym that holds you accountable, which I love.
