I enjoy coming here during the week, but the staff on the weekends does not need to announce closing times every 15 minutes for the last over. It’s very distributive and a little obnoxious

We used the swimming pool facility which is great. Quan and Kissiah were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

It’s clean. The staff is friendly. Plenty of space and equipment. It’s my home gym for all those reasons.

I am writing this review after meeting with GM. My question was a simple one: you have two leg machines at the gem that have been out of service for approximately 30 days. Last week one of the leg machines was placed back in service. This week they are both out of service. The GM stated that one of the machines needed a seat cushion and was in order. The other lacks an adjustment knob. I told GM that a simple nut and a large washer would have fixed the machine till their replacement now arrived. GM stated that he was not in charge of the maintenance of the equipment. He was there to sell memberships. I look to see if LA Fitness corp has a contact area on their web page; I also ask the lady at the front desk for a contact number. None was given. It is my hope that perhaps a review will be viewed by someone who can do more than sell memberships and get equipment fixed.

British swim school took all the swim lanes even though they only needed 1. The instructor was very rude to the LA fitness members in the pool.

Gym is really clean and they have the sanitizing wipes you can use before and after you use a machine - lots of equipment to choose from so it doesn’t feel crowded.
