Had a great experience here. The customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated the constant updates throughout the process. The final result was perfect; the car looks like it just rolled off the lot. Definitely a five-star shop!
We never wish or desire to be in an accident but it happens but I’ll tell you that when it came up to fixing the damages from my vehicle caliber collision did a great job unfortunately I was rear ended 3 times they had fix my vehicle the first accident and I was very satisfied with their work and performance a month from than I was rear ended 2 more times the damages where deeper than the first one and Michael and his team did a phenomenal work again not once but twice they took great care of me very friendly staff and atmosphere. Thank you caliber collision and thank you Michael your the men!!! Great experience highly recommended.
Great service. Went in with a minor dent I caused. Manager just reached in and popped it out. No charge. Beat that.

Took my truck here as it is close by and I had heard good reviews. My experience is unfortunately not the same. Visually, the repair looks good though I do now see overspray on some of the parts repaired. Mechanically, I have no idea as I am consistently getting engine alarms that re-appear after they've been manually cleared. Obviously an issue still remains and troubleshooting was little to non-existent. After giving the shop a chance to fix (they cleared it again) I was unceremoniously told to take it to the dealership. That is not good customer service. No apologies, no nothing. I will say I got consistent updates, which is nice. I will not be recommending this shop to friends and family.

This Caliber Collision location is great! We needed our front bumper repaired. The team had amazing communication, the repair was done with high quality, and they washed our car for us before returning it.

Excellent work. Saeid was my service advisor and he kept me informed throughout the whole process. Vehicle was clean when I went to pick it up. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend this location every time.
