The guy with the glasses who took our order was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. When my order was messed up twice, he not only rectified it but he personally watched and made sure it was correct. I’m very thankful as most places don’t care. 5 stars to him for such great service. And a big thank you!! I really hate pickles. He made my long day end right!

There were 4 of us - placed our order sometime between 3:15 and 3:30. Busy but steady moving. We ordered a tender sandwich combo, a smash burger combo, urban fries and a drink, and smash fries and a drink. By 4:13 we had not received our food, though we had seen multiple families of 4 and 5 people, smaller groups of 2 and 3 people, and mobile order pickups - all got served and some were even gone already and we were still waiting. I took our number marker up to the counter and told the man we'd been waiting for at least 40 minutes, that I just wanted to make sure nothing was wrong. The man walked away for a moment and came back, said "Si, es mucho beef". I said okay thank you and went back to the table. We got our food about 10ish minutes later. My friend said her burger was cold, and my boyfriend said his chicken sandwich was cold. I think maybe they overlooked our order or something but really don't know. The table was sticky and gross, and the streaks left from wiping it looked like it was probably dirty water. To wait for almost an hour at a fast food joint seems a bit excessive, but we had already spent over 60 bucks so it's not like we could just walk out. We all agreed we won't go back there.

I just stepped out of this restaurant. When we first walked in it was only one family inside and they already had their food on the table, we placed our order ( myself, husband, and son) we waited 10 minutes and then others started walking in as I continued to wait for our food I seen that others were being served their food before us. I could understand the uber pick up but people that came in and placed orders after us were getting the food before we got ours, I politely walked up and ask how four families got their food before mine if they came in minutes after we did. The lady said because they are working on my burger ( I literally watched them had two burgers to people that came in after me ) we finally got our food a few minutes after I acknowledged that we have not received our order. I don’t understand how they operate but I think they should be more vigilant for the customers.

Tried the buffalo fries and it was 8/10 , not so different from other places. MARIA was very nice and patient and helpful ! It does get a bit crowded.

I ask about a single burger or sandwich and the cashier just pointed at the combo and mumbled something. It was hard to tell because the kitchen area had the music up so loud it was hard to hear in the dining room. I ordered a double combo and cut it in half to share. They sell Mac n' Cheese which I can't stand and it's showed being dumped on fries and other things on their monitors. With them actually dumping it on the food, the smell is strong. I almost projectile vomited across the dining room. There isn't really a waiting area for food to go so each person takes a table to wait for their order. If eating there, you're given a number and get to walk around looking for a place to sit. PROS: THE BURGER WAS GOOD.

La atención por delivery apesta. Pareciera que en vez de ordenar estuviéramos pidiéndoles limosna, espere más de 1 hora y 30 minutos una orden, los repartidores cancelaban mi orden porque a la hora de recogerla no estaba lista.
