Answered any and all questions, they walk you thru what is going on the truck and the science behind it. Great pricing and products. Only place I take my truck for suspension rebuilds and modifications.
The TSW team is amazing. They are so friendly, and know everything there is to know about raptors and shocks. The shop is clean the techs are top notch. Of course I’m always last minute, but they get me in and make it happen every time.

Came in to get my Gen2 Raptor’s front and rear shocks rebuilt. Alex was friendly and walked me through the rebuild process. While I was here we also addressed other issues with my suspension. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back for future maintenance.

I called and talked to Brandon for my Gen2 Raptor shock rebuild and brake job. They were very busy but they fit me in. Their inspection identified the springs were flat and needed replacement. TSW had the parts in stock and completed everything in one day, a lot of work. The experience was excellent and much appreciated. The team is very knowledge and customer service A+. TSW Offroad is my Raptor go to shop.
Best Raptor Shop! I drove all the way from Fort Worth to have shocks rebuilt and it was 100% worth it. They had me in and out in 2 hours. If you have a raptor this is the place you NEED. Their expertise and service goes above and beyond any shop I’ve ever been. They even cleaned the shocks so they look pretty again

I stopped by TSW for the drive through full shock rebuild on my 2019 Raptor. Alex and the team were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They had me in and out in about 3 hours and the ride difference is back to how it should be! We went ahead and added the leveling billet top hats as well and I’m very pleased with the stance and the quality of work. I highly recommend TSW and wouldn’t think twice about referring anyone to them!
