Came in with my truck to make sure they could do an alignment as I had been getting the run around from other shops all over town, the service was very good and the employees were very polite and helpful at the time. I needed them to install some camber/caster cam nuts with their respective plates. While they were doing the alignment. This didn’t seem like an issue when I was there the night before. There was no mention of extra labor to install the extra parts at the initial visit to ensure they would be able to help me. Although I did assume there would be some additional labor, but nothing ridiculous. As the parts I supplied were not anything complicated and required only the nut to be removed and nothing else, to be installed. I received a phone call after I had dropped my truck off with them saying that they were using the book rate for removing and replacing the entire bolt and related hardware, which would normally involve removing the nuts the whole bolt and both lower control arms. Then reinstalling and reseating the lower control arms and inserting the new hardware. Which would be a reasonable amount of labor and would warrant the nearly $200 up charge in labor. But in my case they didn’t need to do any of that extra work. Despite my plea’s and explanations they refused to alter the time rate to reflect the actual amount of work needed to be done to add the additional parts. Having no other options, and not wanting the hassle of bringing my truck to another shop I chose to accept the unreasonable extra charge. It’s a shame because everything started off so promising. But after this I won’t be spending another dime here, and will make sure everyone I know doesn’t either. Funny thing is, my boss cautioned me against coming to this place when I mentioned where I went as they attempted to charge him $700 to change spark plugs on one of his vehicles.
0 STARS. CANT COMPLETE A BRAKE JOB CORRECTLY. Had all 4 brakes and rotors replaced before a roadtrip. On the way coming home brakes started grinding. Left stranded in a small town with nothing around I took it upon myself to remove the tires and found that there was a bolt missing on the rear driver side brake caliper making it come completely loose, The top bolt was on hand tightened and the bottom bolt was either not reinstalled or not tightened at all, the passenger side calipers were loose and needed to be tightened as well. The fronts were not checked but I don’t have confidence in them. when installing these calipers a correct torque should have been put on these bolts I’m assuming that was not the case. now the rotors are damaged. It Could have been a lot worse and could have injured my family if brakes failed. Luckily that did not happen. Luckily they are closed today so they haven’t gotten my phone call yet or my wrench put somewhere it shouldn’t be. I will update review to see how they make this right. Or if they do. Expected a lot more for the price they charge and their reputation. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE AND LIFE AT RISK…
Terrible. Don’t ever come here. Not reliable and will leave you stranded on the side of the road
