Unfortunately, I have to resubmit my review with a lower rating. Initially, I had given a 5 star review, hands down, easiest transaction with Josh. While that still holds partially true, I only had my 2013 expedition for 2 days before a "check air suspension" notice came on. 2013 is obviously not new, so we were eventually expecting issues, but not 2 days later. My husband and I feel that info was not disclosed during purchase or given benefit of the doubt, Triple J's wasn't aware of the issue. Either way, we are now spending an additional $1800 to convert the rear suspension & Triple J's has not done their part to make it right, financially. I would not 100% trust Triple J's, however we are grateful that Josh was knowledgeable and pleasant during the purchasing process. Ironically, Josh was eager to sell the car and his communication was phenomenal throughout, all while pushing the google review, however he has not yet replied to our texts regarding the $1800 suspension conversion and the pictures we sent as evidence. 🙄🤔 🤯 (12/2025) Triple J's is apparently only responding to the positive reviews. Very upsetting. We're still out $1800 over here for the suspension conversion if anyone is wondering. (2/2026) **pictures show zip ties holding the suspension at the highest suspension so it doesn't cause more damage**

Very honest people! Kevin was straight with us on a possible odometer issue on a car that we went to see - we ended up getting a better deal on another first car for our kid going off to college. Highly recommend and looking forward to making another deal with them in the future.
