98 from neighborsI had a tour scheduled for an apartment viewing. When I got there no one was there. Finally after 15 minutes a maintenance guy was walking through and told me to come back later. I come back and still no one there. The maintenance guy shows up and offers to show me an unfinished room. He shows me and then as I am leaving HR calls him and seems to get him in trouble saying "it's not his job to tour places". Great guy, I hope he didn't get fired. Terribly run besides that. I confirmed my tour multiple times and no one shows up. Also tried calling and no response. Then you get the guy in trouble who is only trying to help.
Update: Amy from the front desk will unlock the door and let anyone into your unit without asking questions-or obtaining ID and then wont answer the phone when you call to ask about it! The place its self if beautiful. Unit still had hair and soap from the previous renters! PadSplit is a service we used to initally rent this place! The property manager passes the responsibility onto PadSplit and PadSplit also does the same! So When your AC/HVAC isn't working properly-who do you call? The most terrible experience known to human kind when renting an apartment! It took 2 weeks just to get locks put on the doors leading to outside! For this unit "furnished" was what we were informed and were told we could not bring in outside furniture! Here we are 1 month into this horrific experience and there isn't a single piece of furniture in sight! Its a shame that I am personally calling an HVAC specialist to inspect my unit due to the AC only cooling certain areas! Not to mention that the wifi box and cover to the breaker box for the AC were wide open and not secure! Which means that anyone could be accesses control to th ac but also internet traffic! When reaching out to the property manager-he promises to have someone come check and then just doesnt respond any more! IF you are thinking about trying either this complex or PadSplit I would highly recommend seeking other lodging if you want to feel comfortable in the place you pay for! My next email is the Texas Renters Association to see what penal codes are being broken
I have stayed here several times through Airbnb. That being said, the complex is only 6-7 yrs old but has the filth of a very much older apartment. Trash sits in the hallways and stairwells for days on end. The stairwell is literally unwalkable due to the stench and about a week ago was so full of trash rendering the stairwell unuseable. The floors and doors are absolutely disgusting, everything you touch or walk on leaves you with the feeling that you just infected yourself. 2 years ago it was a decent spot in Leander, now, it's a dirty place to stay while you pay. It's a shame because the units themselves are absolutely amazing. The community standards of this apartment complex are absolutely disgusting now. Health and safety violations for sure.
It’s a trash
Everywhere smells urinate and trash. Dog poop is all the way even on the stairs. More than half of the apartments rent for Airbnb and you see strangers every other day. Very noisy you can here everything from the walls from the next door or neighbors above you. They change management every couple of months by purpose so no one can track anything that happened in the past. Or what they did.
Would leave 0 star if I could. We moved out in September 2024 and never received our security deposit (illegal). Had a ton of conversations with management team and they promised they would give us our money back but they never did. When we lived there they could never figure out the right amount to charge us each month, the owner changed property management company every month. It’s a beautiful property but bad service and experience.
Diana and Michelle are absolutely amazing. If not for them, I’m pretty sure that virtually everything around here would grind to a halt. As far as ownership is concerned, I have nothing positive to say about them. At times they are difficult and as a tenant, I do not need that. I would strongly recommend the accommodations as long as you didn’t have to deal with ownership. If you have any problems immediately take them to Diana or to Michelle if you want them resolved in an efficient and reasonable manner. I cannot say enough positive about them.
Been living here for around 2 years and I can say with confidence that since Diana has taken the place over, things have improved GREATLY! She is not only extremely accommodating to all of her guests, she consistently remains on the frontlines in the face of challenges when in regards to ensuring all residents have their needs met and are properly treated no matter their circumstances. Thank you Diana! ❤️
Everything hasn't always been cookies and cream, but thank God for good people like the property manager here Diana. She has single handedly taken responsibility for certain negligent practices to be sure that this place stays a place worth renting from. With her at the helm, I truly believe that things can only get better.
