We had a great experience with our elementary aged girls! The girls were made to feel so proud of their ceramics and Rahki was great with teaching them new techniques. Would make for a fun birthday party!

I had a really disappointing experience here. The staff member who assisted me(tan, dark hair, nose piercing, i believe her name was Maya) was extremely disrespectful and dismissive throughout my visit. I was talked down to and met with severe disrespect and attitude when I tried to ask questions. I came in expecting a fun experience with my daughter, but instead left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable. Customer service should be a priority in a place like this, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope management addresses this, because it really impacts how customers feel about coming back. At this moment, I will not be returning and I will encourage my friends to not return to this location as well unless this issue is handled appropriately.
Had an amazing time with my daughter and granddaughter and our instructor was also amazing! The only negative thing I would say is that they need to work on a better parking system as we were blocked in and it was very chaotic to get out of there when we were done
