I was at the UPS store. My first impression of customer service etiquettes... could be better. I feel communication skills could be stronger and more clear. All I heard was a "mumble" from the young lady that addressed herself to me. I stood by the main counter, waiting for help. I finally asked someone for help and the young lady said she had asked me,...like I said, all I heard was a "mumble". Other than that,...I give you all a four star!...
We ordered delivery. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. My son loves their sushi, and I love their Chicken Teriyaki and Miso soup!
