I cannot comment on working with Evan himself as I didn't make it past the receptionist. I found Harlow Law Firm through my employer's Metlife providers listing for 'document review'. I only needed a contract document review before I sign it. When I called the reception, I was met with a curt, exasperated-sounding greeting when the phone was answered. I briefly explained my Metlife insurance and that I only needed a document review before being cut off by the receptionist who said "Evan only does estate planning!" I think that could have been explained in a less curt way and I also think some updates should be made to their Metlife provider profile so that others do not receive the same treatment when looking for similar services on Metlife.
