My husband was hit by a drunk driver over a year ago. I contacted the firm that evening. I got a call back the same night, the intake coordinator was very friendly and helpful, she sent over the contract right away. We felt comfortable about our decision. Over a year has passed, my husband has completed all his treatment and we can’t get a response from the assigned attorney. Everytime he calls the receptionist tells him she is busy and his calls don’t get returned. Throughout this process we were rarely given updates by the office, there was limited to no communication. We feel we have had to chase down anything for ourselves. I should have done more research before making the call to this firm for help.
