This Real Estate Firm does not office in Austin, they are out of Houston. Placed me with a new licensed attorney and then when he left they dropped the ball of court notifications and I was not notified, only found out when I made that phone call. Sent all documents in time line order. Attorney would call and sit and the phone and breathe to rack up the bill and ask rhetorical questions. $23,000.00 later. Not all went to this firm, a portion followed the other attorney that left and I didn't have time to find another attorney. Would not recommend!

I highly recommend Guerra/Days law even though I didn't hire them.. my sister did they always took the time to answer my questions were very responsive and worked at a very professional level... if you are looking for a great team of lawyers with out a doubt choice them
