This historic building was beautifully renovated, and is available to rent through Hutto Parks & Rec. BE ADVISED: There is no HVAC system or running water (at the time of writing this review). If you plan to rent this, keep that in mind. They do have 5 propane patio heaters for use, but cannot guarantee the tanks will be full. Rental also comes with 10 8ft round tables and 100 chairs. They did not have any floorplan/layout available, and could not tell me any measurements when I called, so I created this for anyone who may need it for future events.

Very quaint area, great barbecue within walking distance and I just love the Farmers Market at the silos!

Such a cute place with so much potential! They are still doing a lot of construction, but the area is nice for a stroll and they have a great bbq shop ready for you now. Find the hippos for a fun scavenger hunt all over the city.

I was there with my family for Olde Tyme Days so the kids could ride carnival rides. Plenty of room outside. Only issue was there were tons of gnats flying around, constantly buzzing in my face.

This place is great! Hutto holds a lot of events here and it is a large enough space to hold plenty of vendors. I also love the outside area for concerts on the lawn and dancing. It has a country feel families can definitely enjoy.
