I had a great experience with Will from the maintenance team during my move-in. He was prompt, professional, and extremely helpful in addressing the issues I encountered. Will was not only polite, but also took the time to clearly explain what needed to be fixed and how the process would work. When a part needed to be ordered, he kept me informed and walked me through the next steps so I knew exactly what to expect. Thanks Will!
I've been here for about a year and I really like it. The people here are nice, and the office staff are friendly. HEB is close enough that you can get the frozen stuff home in time. There are also some decent parks within a couple of minutes drive. This is a pretty nice place to live.
I’ve been living here for 9 months, and I must say that this is by far the most attentive leasing and maintenance staff I’ve ever encountered. They really go above and beyond to accommodate your needs, They’ve done an amazing job with the property upkeep, such as always power washing the stairwell. Beyond that everyone is so polite and courteous. If you’re looking for a great place to move, I highly recommend the Gabriel. I’m glad I chose this apartment complex and I know you will be too.
The Gabriel has been our home for over two months now, and it's had it's ups and downs that are pretty standard with brand new complexes. The office staff, Hailee, Sterling, Roxanne, and including Michael on the maintenance team have all been incredibly helpful whenever we've needed something. Overall, it has been a pretty good experience at The Gabriel. The staff here provide an amazing experience, and we always have a peace of mind that if something comes up we have reliable people we can turn to. Edit: We lived at the Gabriel for over 2 years and really enjoyed our time here. We were the second residents to ever move here, so we saw this community grow from the very start. The Gabriel really did spoil us and made it very difficult to leave and find something comparable when we had to move. We'll always have fond memories here ♡

Absolutely love the maintenance team we have here at the Gabriel. Every time they come to work on something they are very well organized, clean and they usually complete the repair very quick. I hardly ever have to wait a day or 2 for maintenance tickets so I usually have things done the same day or the next. Cannot sing enough praises about these guys!
