My experience started with a suspension noise that only appeared on uneven roads. They didn’t rely on guesswork and physically tested the car on a rough surface nearby. The issue was traced to a worn stabilizer link that was slightly loose. Once replaced, the knocking sound disappeared completely and the ride feels much more stable.

Thought I had already posted a review, but apparently I didn’t. I went in to get an oil change and they did not have the correct oil filter for my newer vehicle. The information they had did not provide the right one so they tried to purchase the correct size at the parts store but that was not right either. They ended up having to order one but it would take a week. They completed the oil change and then had me come back the following week to get the filter replaced. A less honest shop probably would have just thrown the old filter back on and let me drive off thinking I had new oil and a new filter. It’s hard finding a car repair place that you can trust and I’ve been burned in the past. I’ll definitely be getting my future oil changes done at tech one.

These guys are awesome. Called same day and got me in for a brake job. Extremely courteous and professional. They go above and beyond.

New customer here. I took my older model Toyota in recently for a check engine light suspecting an issue due to the age of my vehicle. The associates at Tech one were very helpful and efficient diagnosing the issue and were able to do the work same day. I received great communication and service . I would highly recommend Tech One Automotive .

These guys were fantastic! They quickly squeezed me in for an oil change and took excellent care of my truck. They were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I’ll definitely be taking my other vehicle there soon for a checkup.
