I cannot say enough great things about Luxury Auto Works. They truly went above and beyond for me during a very stressful situation. I brought my car in for a mechanical diagnostic evaluation, and their level of care and thoroughness was unmatched. They didn’t just do a basic check—they had a Mercedes expert come in to evaluate my vehicle, which shows the level of dedication and expertise they bring to their work. Zack Addison was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, patient, and genuinely took the time to listen to all of my concerns. After everything I’ve been through, dealing with insurance and this entire process, that alone meant more than I can express. What really stood out was his transparency and honesty from the very beginning. He didn’t rush me, didn’t dismiss anything I said, and provided clear, expert guidance that helped me understand my situation and feel more confident in my decisions. He took something overwhelming and made it feel manageable—and even gave me hope in a really frustrating situation.
