José with Customer Service worked with me on what was the most important maintenance to be done on my 2016 HRV at this time and scheduled the best time for both of us. He thankfully was able to provide a loaner. There was good communication throughout. I was very pleased with the service that Jose gave and the work that was done. They are kind and professional!
What I thought was catastrophic turned out to be an easy fix for them. They did an excellent job and affordable.

Brought my mom’s 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan with a wheelchair lift to Dave’s Ultimate Automotive after the AC died. Next day I got a full report with photos and video showing what the AC needed plus other recommended maintenance. Jose called to confirm what I wanted done. No pressure at all. They just laid out the facts and waited for my OK. I passed on spark plugs and air filter since I do those myself, but had them replace the shocks and struts to fix the bouncy ride. Honest, transparent, no upsell. That’s rare. I’ll be back and I’d recommend Dave’s to anyone. AAA and first time customer discounts available.

Scheduled oil change for next morning and I had my car there by 8:15a.m. Came back at 12:30 and told them I was there for my vehicle and would wait in the waiting room and they said ok. FYI, owner/manager sits behind the 2 front desk attendants and he acknowledged ii was there for my car. They let me sit there waiting for a minimum of an hour, while they eat lunch, before they even look into the status of my vehicle. One guy comes up and states that it was dropped off for the day and tells me they are in the middle of the work. I tell him to just give me the keys and he replies I need to pay for the oil change. Fine, but they have done no work on it at all. Meanwhile they have just taken another customer for an oil change and started immediately on his car. One attendant is giving me lie about what was going on and then the owner gives me a different lie. Wasted my whole morning dealing with these yahoos. Go somewhere else were they actually care about the customer and don’t lie when you catch an error.
It's been awhile since we've used their services, and again they provided experienced and friendly servicee. Their professionalism stands out!
My 3rd routine visit. Still was treated warmly & professionally. I waited on car. Waiting room is clean and comfortable. Work was done in less time than anticipated. No complaints.
