I highly recommend Christian at Tag Roofing. He did a fantastic job explaining the products and the entire process clearly from day one. When our insurance company initially refused to cover anything, Christian didn't give up. He came out multiple times to meet with them and even spoke with supervisors to ensure we were treated fairly. Because of his hard work, our roof is now being fully replaced for storm damage. If you are dealing with Texas hail and a difficult insurance carrier, you need Christian in your corner.

Job completed in a timely manner and the result was amazing. This time I needed garage door trim repair/replacement. They responded post haste traveling from Georgetown to Killeen for, what was in my estimation, such a small job. Much appreciated. Project was completed in a matter of hours - midmorning to midafternoon. Again, the result was amazing. Beginning with the initial appointment of requesting for someone to come out to make a professional assessment of the roof and provide a quote for a roof replacement from asphalt shingles to a metal roof, to the final finished project. Not in their typical wheelshouse they held up to their warranty (roof replaced in May - 5yr warranty), worked with me to match a price with another company to replace the dryer cap on the roof to maintain my warranty, and now all is well!
