Sam handled the entire process, including dealing directly with my insurance company, which was a huge relief. He was easy to get in touch with, very knowledgeable, and always took the time to explain what was going on and what the next steps were. I never felt confused or out of the loop and he was always upfront and honest with my questions. The roofing crew did an excellent job as well. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were respectful of my property the entire time. The attention to detail really stood out, and they did a thorough cleanup when the job was finished. The roof looks great. What really stood out to me was the communication, honesty and overall professionalism.
