Came in today to have my car looked at because it wasn’t quite running right. Gilbert took my keys right away, they were able to find the problem and fix it in great time, made sure my son and I were comfortable and kept up to date the entire time and I was able to drive away and make it in time to pick up my other kids. From the moment I walked in, Allen at the front desk was welcoming with a smile, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the service. Derek, the mechanic that made it all happen. went out of his way for my stranded child and I (with no help) did an excellent job. You can tell he takes pride in his work—everything was handled efficiently and with care, which gave me a lot of confidence in the service I was receiving. I also want to acknowledge Gilbert, the store manager, who truly sets the tone for outstanding customer service. It’s clear he leads a team that values honesty, respect, and treating customers right.
