This auto body is TOPS!!!!!! They went above and beyond to help me repair my car, they were able to repair and be reimbursed by the insurance and I paid for the brakes that they did which work perfectly. He was timely communicative and patient. They are absolutely my number one favorite Auto body shop in round rock to this day. I have worked with four other companies and by far he beats the competition.
This Sun Auto location always takes care of us and really has our best interests at heart. They do a quality job and are respectful and kind. They also never try to sell us anything we don't need.
Went in to Sun Auto to have my timing chain rattle,catalytic converter problems diagnosed and wanted to know why my brake lights were on. They did the regular inspection of everything but the problems I went in there for and took pictures of everything they inspected. I got no pictures of the issues I asked about. I specifically requested diagnostics on the issues I told them about but instead all I got was a picture of my dash with the check engine light on saying “further diagnostic required”. And on top of that I also got nothing about my timing chain other than a quote for 3000$ which wasn’t given to me I had to follow up myself on the matter. The issues I went in there for were completely ignored and I got a quote for 3000$ on one thing I needed done to it. Will not be going back and I don’t recommend their services. I’m out 170$ because of this
We went in to get a '23 Toyota GR86 repaired after extensive damage from hitting a curb. We were shown the extent of the damage and given a fair estimate. The repairs were completed much sooner than we expected! The initial repair did have a defective part (from the dealer, so not reflective of the shop's workmanship) that required the vehicle be returned to replace the faulty part. Joey kept us informed throughout the repair process. The whole Sun Auto team was friendly and knowledgeable! I would definitely trust this team with any other repairs I may need. Thanks so much!
Clean, friendly place. They answered all my questions, the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. Yeah, helpful is the word. I talked to four different people and they All gave me the impression they were happy to help me.

I came in because my car needed a milage check. I couldn’t get in with my dealership I came to Sun Auto Service. They looked up my info on Carfax to find out what was needed. This is beyond what he had to do.
Changing this cause I got more info from a buddy of mine. Came in with a flat. Was told it was “unrepairable” Ran into a screw and thought about buying a repair kit. Was told it wouldn’t work cause screws damage tires differently than nails. BS
I had a great experience here! Wess and the other mechanics took care of my inspection very fast and with friendly attitudes 😊 they even informed me of some other things they needed fixing on my car without the "sales pressure" tactic.
