I had my car serviced recently and had a great experience. Once they diagnosed the problem, they advised me they needed to order the part and wouldn’t be able to get it fixed until the next day and offered me a loaner vehicle. I had regular maintenance done plus needed to replace a defective sensor (part of transmission) and had a brake light come on. They were honest about the brake light (related to parking brake) and gave me a list of other maintenance that I may want to get in the near future. No hassles! Being a single woman and not knowing a lot about auto maintenance, I appreciate having someone I can trust working on my car. Jason and the rest of the team were awesome!
