We feel so lucky to be part of this daycare family. Our daughter spent six months in the Lullabies class（infant）, where Ms. Marni and Ms. Ashley provided the best care we could have imagined. It’s been such a joy seeing our daughter laugh and kick with excitement every morning when she sees her teachers.
Beyond the fun skills learned in class, the meals are a huge hit—a special shout-out to Ms. Tanisha for cooking food that always smells delicious. Now in the Twinkles class, the positive experience continues. After a smooth transition, a great bond has already formed with Ms. Donna, who is now greeted with the same happy, enthusiastic lunges every morning. Highly recommend this place!
Our 10mo old has been attending Stepping Stone Round Rock for over 3 months now. We truly love and appreciate Ms. Marni and Ms. Ashley in the Lullabies room. They’re amazing and true professionals at what they do for our daughter on a daily basis. Our daughter loves going to school to read books, make art, and play with the others in her class! She received a “Curiosity” Award recently, and we love that her teachers embrace all of her curiosity and creativity at just 10 months. We love receiving daily updates and watching her thrive at Stepping Stone! Highly recommend!
We have had both of our kids at this daycare since they were 3 months old, and we truly couldn’t be happier with our experience. The infant room teachers are incredibly kind, caring, and loving — they treat the babies like their own.
The director Liz is amazing — she’s very understanding, always responsive to any questions or concerns we have, and I often see her checking in on all the classrooms, which really shows how involved she is.
All of the teachers are wonderful, but I especially want to thank Daniela, Jessica, and Terry for their dedication, patience, and care. We are so grateful for everything they do every day.
Highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a safe, loving, and supportive environment for their children. ❤️

I have been lucky enough to be a SSS parent of many years and many relocations. This location is by far my children’s favorite. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful, I know they truly care for my boys. The admin team is warm, professional, and loving in the way they lead their school, so impressive. I can’t recommend this location enough!
My daughter attended Stepping Stone from 3-15 months until we had to move out of state. Leaving Stepping Stone was one of the most difficult parts of our move. Our daughter was so well taken care of and everyone there made us feel like she was special. I was anxious to leave her in the hands of (at the time) strangers when she was so young, but was immediately put at ease with the exceptional care she was provided. Ms. Marni in the infant classroom is a true gem and I am infinitely grateful for the impact she had on our daughter and family. She not only made sure our baby was safe, but helped guide us through different aspects of development. In addition, the overall environment is so warm and welcoming - always welcomed by Mrs. Liz or Mr. Israel when you walk in each day and both there if you ever have any concerns. Mrs. Tanisha was also a friendly face each day and she made delicious, healthy meals for the kids. We love this school and highly recommend it to anyone looking!
We are so incredibly grateful for the amazing teachers and staff at this daycare! Our son started here at just three months old, and they made his transition so smooth and comforting. You can truly feel how much they care — Ms. Marnie, Ashley, Anna and Principle Liz treat him like he’s part of their own family. Every day we see how loved, safe, and happy he is in their care. It means the world to us to know he’s surrounded by such attentive, nurturing, and dedicated teachers. We couldn’t ask for a better place or better people to care for our little one! Would highly recommend!
My wife Lisa and I work full time. We knew we would need day care services after Lisa’s maternity leave ended and were honestly dreading it. We were entrusting the care of our first born to strangers and we had some anxiety about it.
Stepping Stone exceeded all of our expectations. The care she received from 3 months old to just short of 11 months was top notch. Unfortunately, we had to relocate for my career. We honestly don’t know if we’ll ever receive the same care that we got from Stepping Stone. Principal Liz was a pleasure to interact with throughout our time there. She even let us know we qualified for a discount. And Ms. Marni, Ms. Ashley, Ms. Tanisha, Mrs. Teri and Ms. Anna treated our baby girl like their own. We quickly came to realize she never wanted to leave at times which really bruised our egos!
You will inevitably have some level of hesitation when choosing a new day care. We certainly did. Those feelings quickly subsided when we saw how quickly our daughter was developing and how much she enjoyed her time there. We’ll look back at this time fondly. Thanks so much for everything!
We've been at the stepping stone round rock/grimes for about 3 years and it has been great! Our 4 year old has made so many friends, learned letters, numbers, some sign language, enjoyed playing outside and so much more. We have loved all of her teachers as she’s grown (Ms Jess, Ms Charlise, Ms Marissa!). And our 10 month old has grown so much already too. Ms. Marni welcomes him everyday with the biggest smile and he is so excited to see her. It makes it easier at drop off because I know he is exploring so much while at school.
Only 5 stars? I think Stepping Stone deserves at least 6. Our family has been lucky to be a part of this campus since moving from south Austin (shoutout to the Brodie Lane location!) and we couldn’t be happier.
From the first classroom for babies where Miss Marni gives you an unshakable confidence that your little one is being cared for and loved all the way up to where our 3.5yo is now with Miss Charlize, we have experienced great communication and a community feeling that is hard to find.
The principal, Miss Liz and her VP Mr Israel run a compassionate and steady ship. Plus, the meals and snacks Miss Tanisha prepares for all the kids fresh every day are a huge bonus & burden off our plate as parents.
We couldn’t recommend this school more highly.
