How to cancel? Website even after login has no option to cancel payment. States "contact by email" but no email to contact? Do i have to cancel my credit card to cancel the membership?

Lilia was SOOO helpful! She made me feel very welcomed and great customer support! Probably one of the best car washes I’ve been too! I will definitely be coming back!

Was charge 3 times at the location two on one day for $20 and $10 and I was there so I went to talk to lady and she refunded me the $10 for the inconvenience and was told by the manager that the $20 would be refunded as well because it was just pending. And few days later the $10 did come back but then was also charged another $10 at that same time I called the manager and told him and was told was gonna be refunded and never did also I talked to him about the $20 charge because for the inconvenience I thought I was gonna be a free car wash which I didn’t care if I did or not but the way it seemed I would but then changed there mind because they wanted that $10 for the wash which it upsetting because told say one thing that I’m expecting them yall change it. So this company stole $30 from us and hasn’t refunded it would find a different one
