It amazes me how some businesses just don't care if they keep customers coming back or not. I have been ordering from this Sonic location for a long time, and they used to do okay, but they have gone downhill very badly in the last six months or so. I have tried ordering online several times, hoping that my order would be ready by the time I drove over to this location to pick it up. It doesn't matter how much time I leave them, they never even start the order until I get there to pick it up! I tried mentioning the problem to the manager and he just blamed it on them being really busy and acted like he didn't really care. I tried ordering online again the other day, and this time they not only didn't start the order until I got there, but they were serving orders to other customers that drove up and ordered after me. I asked the girl working the window if I should call on the way next time to make sure they were working on my order, and she just shrugged and said "I don't know". I then asked her why other customers arriving after me got their orders before me, and she said "I don't know". She was completely clueless and I don't think I have ever seen anyone care less about anything! Isn't the whole point of offering online ordering to make the experience easier and faster for the customer? The person managing this location obviously doesn't care about customers coming back, or he would train his employees to care! Since they don't care about my business, there will be no next time for me!
This sonic location has become horrible. Been here three times over the last two months, each time the food has been extremely delayed. Last time (today) I arrived at the pickup time. Five minutes later after the screen said it was coming out, asked them about it, they said it was on its way. Another five minutes later I asked again, said it was coming out. Four minutes after that I called, said it was coming out. Ended up being 15 minutes late after the pickup time, with an attitude about it when they brought it. Don't go here if you have any choice.
Service is fine but my family has gotten sick on three separate occasions over the last two years here and have now had to start going to other Sonic locations. Skip this one if you can.
You can never understand which stahl you are in. Is it the pole? They need to fix this. This is a corporate problem that they leave to each location to handle the frustration. Corporate needs to fix the inconsistent marking of the stalls.
I used to like this place until my orders started being not exactly what I ordered. This is why I rarely eat here. Today I ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger that came WITHOUT THE BACON. The chilli cheese fries were good and so was my corndog. But I was very disappointed with my NO BACON CHEESEBURGER. Maybe I’ll try again next year. Maybe not.
I’ve had a couple of goofed orders, only on burgers now and then, but for the most part they get everything right and paying is easy on the monitor. I like the “round up the amount as a tip” option. I’d never tip at a fast-food or Starbucks counter, but I’ll give these carhops my bit of change. I hope it goes to them! There aren’t many places that serve breakfast all day where I am. At least not fast-food places. So I appreciate that they do. Carhops are very polite kids, ditto drive-thru.
Just stopped to get a drink. Love all the options. They made the drink as ordered so I guess we're good. Onward.
Choking hazard in my food. Bit into sandwich and plastic bread tie in my sandwich. Won’t ever eat here again. Don’t want to die.
Well, Im sure im not the only one. I have this place 3 trys before making a review but each time same experience. I order my meal "medium number 6 with a coke and a small cheese stick" i get a small fries, the hotdogs bun is cut in half, so the hot dog is a complete mess, and I never get my cheese sticks. Not once. Today, the same girl who is always at the windows. Mind you, she is a completely rude for no reason. She is obviously a teen. Flinging the windows open like me saying excuse me to get the rest of my food is a problem for her. Idk how this place is open, it's so dead because of the issues. The current owner needs to man up and figure this out or close. All these reviews are horrible for a Reason. Will never go back. ✌️
