Roger was the foreman for the roof work. he went over the full scope before the crew started, and he already had the same list of special requests, so nothing had to be repeated and there were no surprises. he and the crew did an excellent job and paid close attention to every part of the installation. Marvin then handled the gutters and gutter guards. Since it was the same crew, they already understood the roof edge details and how everything needed to tie together. They gave the same level of care to the gutters, covers, and downspouts. We have a lot of tree debris that collects on the roof and in the gutters, especially during windy and stormy weather, so it was important to have gutter guards that fit tight and did not leave openings for buildup. The system they installed looks solid and should help a lot with drainage and reducing clogs. On both the roofing and gutter work, the attention to detail stood out. They replaced questionable fascia where needed, sealed areas well with caulk and mastic, and made sure there were no gaps between the fascia and roof edge as requested. On a large roofing job, those small details are easy to skip, but this crew did not cut corners. The cleanup was also impressive.
