Customer service never wants to answer and when you leave a message they never call back
Coast to Coast just completed my new roof and I'm very thankful for their work. I had made a previous claim through my insurance and was denied needing a new roof. Several months later, Connor comes knocking on my door offering free inspections. He informed me that I definitely needed a new roof and he worked closely with my insurance company, EVEN after they told him no as well. He kept pushing on my behalf and it was finally approved. This company was very kind and efficient. Thank you Connor and Coast to Coast!
