Andrew knows a lot about roofs and really takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. From start to finish, his customer service was excellent he was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure the job was done right. He answered all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made the whole experience stress-free. You can tell he takes pride in his work and values his customers. Coast to Coast just completed my new roof and I'm very thankful for their work. I had made a previous claim through my insurance and was denied needing a new roof. Several months later, Connor comes knocking on my door offering free inspections. He informed me that I definitely needed a new roof and he worked closely with my insurance company, EVEN after they told him no as well. He kept pushing on my behalf and it was finally approved. I had my roof replaced by Coast To Coast Roofing in July. This establishment is second to none in professionalism, courtesy and giving assistance. Because of their knowledge of roof systems, my entire roof was replaced in of being repaired. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
