We purchased a home 8 months ago that had recently had their roof replaced by Heritage Roofing. The roof is less than 2 years old. The sellers provided us all the warranty documents and receipts of the repairs. No where in any of the contract documents or warranty documents did it state that the warranty was non-transferable. Now we have a leak from the roof dryer vent which has damaged drywall on the interior of our house and Heritage is not willing to repair. Most roofer's will transfer and/or stand behind their work. Heritage will not. Please consider using a different roofing contractor when gathering quotes for your roof project and make sure this does not happen to you. This can be a deal breaker if you decide to sell your home and want to highlight the warranty as a selling point. I'm surprised they did not even entertain coming out and review the issue. It turns out they did not replace the roof vent and decided to reuse the old vent. All the other roof vents were replaced with exception of the dryer vent. Do Not Use this roofing company!! Stay Away!!

I had a roof installed in June 2024. With the recent rain a leak has developed. I called Heritage multiple times with no response. Leak is getting worse. If you want a warranty don’t call this company.

My experience with Heritage Roofing & Construction, specifically Megan B (Managing Partner), has been beyond unacceptable. If I could give them ZERO STARS I WOULD!! I submitted a warranty repair request on April 3, 2026 and paid $250 after discovering a leak in my bathroom ceiling—during a period of heavy rain in Texas, when timing actually matters. It took FIVE days just to get a response on April 8th. I replied the very next day, April 9th, and then was completely ignored. I followed up repeatedly on April 13th, sending all requested documentation. No response. I emailed again on April 14th—still nothing. After nearly two weeks of being ignored, Megan finally replied on April 15th only to say the warranty doesn’t transfer. That’s information that should have been disclosed BEFORE taking my $250. Since then? Total silence again. I’ve emailed on April 15th, 17th, and 20th and called multiple times. No answers. No follow-up. No attempt to resolve anything. Meanwhile, the leak has continued to get worse. This company had no problem taking my money, but apparently has zero interest in communication, transparency, or basic customer service. Being ignored while dealing with an active roof leak is beyond frustrating—it’s infuriating. If you value your time, your money, or your home, stay far away from this company.
Warranty repair nightmare. Company shows truth color when a problem occurs. Having some slow leak since they put new roof and gutter. Contacting them since 12/11/2025 in January Megan Brydon finally emailed me and back and forth discussing the problem. Pictures looks wet and she told me to bucket under. paying $250 deposit, currently 1/29/2026 2 weeks later still waiting. Update: 2/3 Wednesday Megan emailed and said they will be there “early this week”today is 2/17/2026 we still didn’t hear from anyone and this is unacceptable. *update: it’s 4/15/2026 i guess owner is not actively working on it because we are still emailing and waiting. Unbelievable! People be aware! 1. They have CALL CENTER that you can’t never talk with nobody from this company 2. If you leave a message, it will take few times to get response and email only. 3. Be prepare to wait forever 4. Pay your deposit even if you got brand new roof, gutter, and fence painted with them even though they have lifetime workmanship for free. 5. I paid deposit for $250 and still waiting and no response if you have questions. 6. You thought you could trust and rely on this company for the long run but No!
These guys go above and beyond! Aden and Devon came by to take a look at my roof - didn't find any issues, but blew the leaves off for me while they were up there! Much appreciated - they'd get my business.
Poor job site clean-up, affecting neighbors, is a cardinal fail for any roofing company. My neighbor had their roof done today by Heritage and two roofing nails were found in the middle of the street, right in front of my driveway. Lucky for Heritage, I caught them before they ended up in my tire. I wasn't thrilled about having to do the crew's job for them, especially when someone who appeared to be an owner assisted personally with the clean-up! If you're choosing a roofer, these are the things to verify up front - they can make or break the entire job and they can affect your relationship with your neighbors as well. I'm leaving this review with the hope Heritage leadership learns from the mistake and does better. Update - Heritage requested I get in touch with them about this experience. I did reach out to them and have heard nothing back, so I question the legitimacy of them waiting to rectify the situation. Definitely something to keep in mind.
Savannah and her team were amazing to work with throughout the whole process. They worked tirelessly with us and the insurance company to get us the best settlement possible and then provided excellent service to schedule and complete the needed repairs. We are very happy with the service and will recommend Heritage Roofing to our friends and family. Photos attached of before and after.
