I usually feel intimidated starting any new workout program but Shanna and her instructors have made me feel very comfortable. If you’ve been on the fence about trying Pilates I highly recommend Shine! My original review was posted 3 years ago and today (April 2026) I still find myself going to Pilates 2 days a week minimum because of what Pilates has done for my body. I am in less pain and at almost 40 feeling great in my body. I’m so grateful I found Shanna when I did. And I highly recommend trying out Shine!
