Really happy with the work Shane did and the price. Jeep runs amazing now! Forget the fact he turned it in just a few hours… of course if everyone starts liking him and going to him… I’m hoping due “dibs” treatment on getting work done…
Shane’s Automotive was fantastic! My car had timing issues, and another shop told me I needed a whole new engine an $8,000+ repair with no other options. I took it to Shane’s, and that same day they offered me several more affordable solutions. They were honest, transparent, and kept me updated every step of the way. I won’t take my car anywhere else - highly recommend! 👌
Needed coolant flush and pressure test. It was quick and they offered pickup and drop rides too.
My engine overheated in my truck and I had to have it towed to Shane‘s Automotive. After a thorough inspection, the determined that I had a plugged radiator, my water pump was leaking, and unfortunately, I had knocked off a rocker from overheating. I truly feel that some shops may have come up with many more things to repair, but I appreciate the fact that Patrick was there to diagnose everything honestly. Shane and Patrick have high integrity and the time I’ve spent with them, I can tell that they’re just good honest businessmen. I would certainly highly recommend these guys to do the work on your vehicle. With vehicles being as complicated as the yard today, it’s good to have somebody you can trust because we have to take their word for it.
Great experience! My 2001 Expedition needed a spark plug re-tapped/ threaded and ignition coil. We've had 3 other identical issues and it was costly and at least a week turnaround. Shane did it in 1 day and much less expensive! I was notified immediately when my car was ready, including a text with a link to my invoice. In addition, a personal text from Shane. Wow!!! We're now a permanent customer. I highly recommend him!
I had a great experience with Shane’s Automotive. They were honest, straightforward, and able to diagnose and fix my oil leak the same day I brought it in, which I really appreciated. The customer service was excellent, and I never felt upsold or pressured. It’s a relief to find a mechanic you can actually trust. I think I’ve found my new go-to local shop.
