Round Rock Cleaners

I’m extremely disappointed with Round Rock Cleaners. I dropped off clothing for dry cleaning, only to get home and find the stains were still there. When I spoke with the owner, he claimed it was because I didn’t give them enough time and that stains require more than same-day service. Why wasn’t this mentioned when I dropped it off or when I picked it up? To make things worse, the owner said I never told him about the stains—why else would I bring the item in for dry cleaning? I needed the garment for a flight that evening, but if I were to give it back for proper cleaning, I’d be charged again. How does that make any sense? This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here. What really pushed me to write this is the owner’s attitude—defensive, dismissive, and completely unwilling to take ownership of poor communication and quality. No accountability, no apology, just excuses. Do better for your customers. There are plenty of other cleaners in the area. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
