Brought in some pants to be altered, needed them before tomorrow, the lady agreed to everything I asked for, called today and pants aren’t finished, the lady working on them left town and the pants aren’t even in store. Proceeded to tell me someone can bring them back tomorrow for me to pick up, but the service I paid for would not be completed. Mind you, the receipt I have says will be ready by today. Hanh, was the person doing the alterations, while I’ve come here in the past for other things I will not be returning after this.
Very unprofessional and expect your clothes to leave the property. My wife dropped off pants of mine to he lengthened on a Wednesday and was told they would be done Friday. Called Friday morning and was told they’d be done Saturday. When that occurred she went to the store and was told the pants were not there. Turns out an employee takes things home to be worked on. At first this employee said she did not promise Friday even though it says it on the ticket. Turns out this employee went out of town and won’t be home to finish the job by Saturday at they are cut and not sown back to together. So my wife couldn’t even get the pants back on Friday to try to take them somewhere else to be complete.
