I had been battling with the clogged kitchen sink and hot-water heater drain for 3 days. I actually told my job that was at my wit's end and didn't know what I was going to do. Then the door bell rang and it was the Roto-Rooter man, and I'm like "finally the BIG guns!". True story. My drain is now behaving and I can get some rest, but last weekend I didn't get any. Jeremy, our technician, did an excellent job repairing the plumbing issues we had with our master bathtub. He went the extra mile and ensured everything worked perfectly before he left. We are extremely happy with the job he did and will definitely call him for any future plumbing problems.

Was having trouble with my water heater and when I called Roto Rooter they sent Jonny within a couple of hours to Diagnose what was going on. Thanks to him he was able to find the issue and get it squared away for us. Thank you sir for the help.
